Returns & Refunds Policy
At Kiuie Studio, we want you to love your 3D printed items. Because of the unique nature of our products, please read our return guidelines carefully.
1. Custom and Personalized Items Many of our items (including custom color combinations, personalized text, and made-to-order designs) are created specifically for you. Under EU consumer law, custom and personalized products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Therefore, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Standard Items (Non-Customized) For standard, non-customized products in our catalog, you have the right to return your order within 7 days of receiving it.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Damaged or Defective Items While our PLA and PETG designs are highly durable, damage can occasionally happen during transit. If your item arrives broken, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the shipping box. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
4. The Nature of 3D Printing All of our products are 3D printed layer by layer. This manufacturing process naturally leaves visible layer lines, small seams, or minor surface variations. These are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not considered defects.
5. Processing Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
6. The customer pays for return shipping.

Welcome to Kiuie Studio (kiuiestudio.nl). By visiting our website or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. General Conditions Kiuie Studio is located in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Product Descriptions & 3D Printing Characteristics We make every effort to display the colors and shapes of our products—such as our ambient lamps, fidgets, and home decor—as accurately as possible. However, because each item is individually 3D printed, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. Small surface artifacts or layer lines are inherent to the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) process and do not constitute a faulty product.
3. Safety & Intended Use Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our 3D printed items (including sensory clickers and lamps) are not toys and are not intended for use by unsupervised small children or pets. Some items contain small parts that could present a choking hazard. Kiuie Studio is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from the misuse of our products.
4. Pricing and Modifications Prices for our products are stated in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
5. Intellectual Property All designs, 3D models, graphics, and text on kiuiestudio.nl are the intellectual property of Kiuie Studio. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any of our products, designs, or website content without express written permission.
6. Local Pickup & Shipping For customers in or near Hoofddorp, local pickup may be arranged at our discretion. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been handed over.
7. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

Any data collected for children’s workshops is provided directly by the parent or legal guardian.
